Hi everyone. Summer is right around the corner and if you are looking for some good summer reads, I have some suggestions. Brad Meltzer's THE BOOK OF FATE is now available in paperback. Two of my favorite authors, Tobias Buckell and John Scalzi both have new books out also. Elmore Leonard just came out with a  new novel. So, a lot out there. Let me know what you're reading.

      Hi there,
Jim and I have been trading reading material for about 25 years and two months ago he sent me a book by S.M. Stirling called "The Island In The Sea of Time". This novel is the first in a trilogy that takes the island of Nantucket and transports it smackdab in the Bronze Age of 1250 B.C. I liked it so much that I have read everything Stirling has written in this type of alternate history story. If you liked the P.J Farmer's World of Tiers and Riverworld books, or Zelazny's Amber, you'll like these. And if you wondered what happened to the world that the island of Nantucket left behind, Stirling has written a series that tells that story. If are a member of SCA or a fan of Wiccans, this series will be your cup of tea. Thanks for the recommendation for this fun read, Jim! Rodger
